I was watching the news channel. Sachin was all over. It was a great moment. Media even said, Sachin is the God of cricket. Someone, who can make a half century sound bigger than a century. It was really a moment of appreciation. But then I thought to myself, India needs more heroes yaar…
Undoubtedly, Sachin is country’s favourite (and mine too) but do we have only Sachin around? Where are the others? Is there no other hero in the country?
India’s media is very negative. All bad things are highlighted. Nothing good is much heard…!! Right from Kalmadi to the price hike in onions, tomatoes and petrol, every thing is bad. All depressed news is sold on news channels in an entertaining form.
